اللّهُمَّ اَسْقِـنا غَيْـثاً مُغيـثاً مَريئاً مُريـعاً، نافِعـاً غَيْـرَ ضَّارٌ، عاجِـلاً غَـيْرَ آجِلٍ
Barish ke liye dua in Urdu :
اے اللہ! ہمیں ایسی بارش سے سیراب کر جو فائدہ مند ،سر سبز و شاداب ، نفع بخش ، نقصان نہ دینے والی اور جلد برسنے والی ہو
Dua for Rain in English :
O Allah, shower upon us abundant rain, beneficial not harmful, swiftly and not delayed.
Barish ke liye dua in Arabic :
Allaahumma ‘asqinaa ghaythan mugheethan maree’an maree’an, naafi’an ghayradhaarrin, ‘aajilan ghayra ‘aajilin.
Dua when it rains in Arabic:
اللّهُمَّ صَيِّـباً نافِـعاً
Barish ki dua in Urdu :
اے اللہ! اسے نفع بخش بارش بنادے
Dua when it rains in English :
O Allah, (bring) beneficial rain clouds.
Barish ki dua in Arabic :
Allaahumma sayyiban naafi’an.
Dua to Stop Rain in Arabic :
اللّهُمَّ حَوالَيْنا وَلا عَلَيْـنا، اللّهُمَّ عَلى الآكـامِ وَالظِّـراب، وَبُطـونِ الأوْدِية، وَمَنـابِتِ الشَّجـر
Barish rokne ki dua :
Allaahumma hawaalaynaa wa laa ‘alaynaa. Allaahumma ‘alal-‘aakaami wadh-dhiraabi, wa butoonil-‘awdiyati, wa manaabitish-shajari.
Barish rokne ki dua in English :
O Allah, let it pass us and not fall upon us, but upon the hills and mountains, and the center of the valleys, and upon the forested lands.
Being a Muslim it is our belief that all the universe(Sun, Moon, Stars etc) is in control of Allah. All the weathers, cloud’s, winds are in His control. It is He Who gives the rain and stop the rain. There are many prayers which can be said for rain. There are prayers for rain, prayers for when it rain and prayers to stop the rain. There are times when we need rain and it is for our benefit at those times we pray for rain. But there are times when we don’t need rain and it is not good for us if it rains, at those times we pray that it should not rain on us.
We all know that rain is very important for life on earth but we also know that rain can bring destruction to the life on earth. On one side where we see benefits of rain like it raises trees and different kind of crops, on the other hand, we see disadvantages of rain like extensive rain bring floods. So we all should learn barish ki dua, dua for rain, barish rokne ki dua and we should always pray to Allah for the rain which brings good things for us and pray so that all the evils stay away from us.
